On-Site Rules

We want everyone at Corriehall Stopover to enjoy their stay, however this means we have to enforce some rules to ensure that we don't disturb other guests and to also respect our neighbours, the farm animals and the local wildlife. Please read the below rules thoroughly before your stay.

Arrival

On date stated per booking & during the hours of 2pm – 8pm. Please contact us if you require a later check-in time.

Departure

On the date stated on the booking. During the hours of 8am – 11am. Please note, an organised late departure must be agreed by owners before day of departure.

Smoking Areas

No Smoking in all public access buildings. Smoking is permitted outside only.

Fires/BBQs

Permitted in designated areas only. Always attend to and keep your fire under control. Please extinguish prior to retiring for the evening. You are responsible for any damage/injury caused by your fire/BBQ. We reserve the right to ban any fires/BBQs in extremely dry or hot weather due to the increased fire risk.

Pets

No pets are allowed. 

Visitors

We have no objections to guests having visitors. If you wish to have visitors, please inform  of your plans prior to the planned visit. A charge of £5pd will be applied to each car. All visitors are required to leave the site prior to 10pm. As far as the law allows, we will take no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to you/any of your visiting party or your/their property, as a consequence of their visit to Corriehall Stopover

Shepherds Hut Keys

Collected/returned directly to the owners on arrival/departure. Please ensure the door is locked on departure. A £10.00 fee will be made in the event of lost keys.

Occupancy/Booking

Person making booking is responsible for the booking. The people/numbers stated on the booking information should not be exceeded. Any alterations to bookings are to be confirmed by the Owners prior to arrival and not on arrival. The Owner reserves the right to void/cancel a booking if alterations to a booking are viewed as unapproved or unacceptable. Bookings are non-transferable to 3rd party.

Behaviour & Conduct

We wish everyone to enjoy their stay at Corriehall Stopover and ask that every guest behaves appropriately. Please limit noise between hours of 11pm – 8am. Alcohol is not sold on site, guests are permitted to bring their own & drink responsibly. We do not allow: Hen/Stag/Party Groups on site. All group bookings/gatherings should be confirmed by owners PRIOR to booking/arrival. Corriehall Stopover is not the site to book if your holiday plans are to drink to excess, play loud music or party. In the event of misbehaviour/complaints, the Owners reserve the right to terminate your occupancy immediately without refund of monies. We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests exhibiting unacceptable or antisocial behaviour, under which circumstances no reimbursement of booking charges will be due.

Vehicles

Always drive carefully on site. Move no vehicles without prior notice between hours of 11pm-8am.

Litter/Waste

On site/Farm, please use the litter/recycling bins provided. If no appropriate bin is available, please take the item home with you. Owners reserve the right to make a charge if Pitch left in an unsatisfactory condition or disposal of waste is required.

Corriehall Stopover

Take all reasonable care in the use of all Corriehall Stopover property & contents including the security of the property, at all times. Report any damages as soon as they occur. We reserve the right to charge for all repairs, losses or replacements necessitated by the negligent act or omission by you or your party. THE OWNERS- As far as the law allows, take no responsibility for loss, damage or injury to you/any of your party or your property, as a consequence of this agreement or the occupancy.

Access

Owners, reserve the right of access to the Shepherds Huts/Motor home Pitches Property at any reasonable time during your stay and for our agents.

Payments & Cancellations

We request that all payments are made in full on booking. Any cancellations will only be refunded if we manage to rebook, in which case the full amount less a £25 administration charge will be returned.

Leaving

Guests are asked to leave the hut in a clean and tidy state. We do of course accept that small accidental damages can be considered as fair wear and tear and would ask that you report this to us as soon as you can.
